GS are looking for a 25bp cut at the July 2019 Federal Open Market Committee meeting

And a further 25bp cut at the September meeting

Assess the probabilities for July:

75% for 25bp cut
15% for 50bp cut
(the remaining 10% is for an on hold decision)
