The S&P index has moved to a new high for the day and in the process is making a new record high for the index. The high from MOnday reached 2949.52. The price just reached an intraday high price at 2954.13.

For the Nasdaq it remains below its highest close at 8161.85 and the all time high price comes in at 8176 (from Monday).
